OpenDev Developer Platform provides tools and services for developers to create, manage, and configure applications, including but not limited to:

Application creation and management
OAuth channel configuration
Product tier and pricing management
Configuration package generation and distribution
Publisher and agreement management

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

The Platform and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by OpenDev and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any applications, content, or data you create using the Platform, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. User Content and Data

You are solely responsible for all content, data, and applications you create, upload, or transmit through the Platform ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use all User Content
User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
User Content does not contain harmful or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

Some features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenDev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenDev operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
